We will learn why people rely on American Sign Language to communicate. Together, we will explore the alphabet, greetings, basic phrases, and by the end of this cluster, we will learn how to sign a song! Get excited, this group is going to have a blast!

Rise Up! Alexander Hamilton & Early America
Lights, Camera, Action & History! This course will explore the life and legacy of Alexander Hamilton on the founding of our nation. We will better understand the time period through an investigation of primary sources including journal entries, photographs, speeches, paintings, newspapers, artifacts and music. The students will create their own period piece using the same format that Lin-Manuel Miranda used when producing the hit Broadway musical Hamilton. This course will utilize the vast resources offered by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, as well as their Hamilton Education program.
